Interfaces for software that people use all day: research, flows, a component library, the hard screens.

Launch films, product motion and the small moves that make an interface feel finished.

Week 1
A day with your team and your customers. We leave with the brief written in your words, and a fixed price.
Weeks 2 to 3
Direction before pages: type, colour, motion and the three screens that define the product, reviewed live.
Weeks 4 to 7
The real thing, on the real system, with your content. You see it every Thursday and can edit it from week five.
Week 8
Launch day with us in the room. Then a care plan, if you want one, from the people who built it.
The ones every first call asks.
Most sites we build are between $18,000 and $60,000, fixed before we start. A brand identity is $12,000 to $30,000. The first call tells you which end you are at.
Eight weeks for a website, three to six for a brand, from the first day to launch. The median across all our projects is 31 days of work.
The four people on the About page. We do not hand work to contractors or juniors you have not met.
Yes. Every site ships on a system built for editing, with a short training session. Most clients make their first change within a week.
About half our clients are elsewhere in the US and two are in Europe. The process is the same; the listening day happens on a call.
A 30-day warranty on everything, then a care plan if you want one. Several clients have stayed with us for years; none have had to.
What they say a year later.
They shipped in three weeks and it still feels finished.
Every studio we spoke to quoted four months. Kestrel asked what the launch date was and worked back from it. The brand holds up a year later.
The first agency that let our team own the site.
We have changed every page ourselves since launch. Nothing has broken. That was the brief, and they took it seriously.
Honest about what we did not need.
Half the first call was them talking us out of work. What we did build paid for itself on the first drop.
Tell us the launch date. We work back from it.
A thirty-minute call, a fixed price within three days, and a date we keep.
